Traveling in time 1: the Carthage tofet

Abstract

The investigations carried out in the Carthaginian tofet since the early years of last century were troubled by water infiltrations. Currently the levels related to IV century b.C. are impractical due to water. The photos have been taken in the 1960s and 1970s.
