Evaluation, Quality and Reflexivity: a Multidisciplinary Analysis between Theory, Research, Professional Practices and Field Experiences
Abstract
What have been the main evolutions of evaluation models and approaches in the context of training, planning and public bodies? What are the current challenges facing research, administrations and professionals? What are the possible directions to take to improve the dimensions of effectiveness, quality and reflexivity within public services and policies? These are some of the questions that guided the articulation of this paper, in a multidisciplinary perspective and in a circular relationship between theory and practice.
