Abstract

The article is dedicated to the recently passed Sardinian sculptor through the memory of his "forgotten" figurative work, unlike his more famous sound stones for which Sciola is known worldwide.

Rita Ladogana, University of Cagliari

Rita P. Ladogana is a researcher in History of Contemporary Art at the University of Cagliari. She researches on the artistic events of the twentieth century, referring to both the national and local field, with a particular focus on Sardinia. Her studies range from the pictorial and sculptural production of Sardinian prominent figures to the history of Italian photography.
