A field of tensions. Three antinomies for Clotilde Bertoni

Abstract

This contribution aims at presenting Clotilde Bertoni scientific career as a tension between a more philological and historicist approach and a more dynamic and innovative attitude, which can be compared to Donna Haraway’s diffractive reading. The exposition analyses six key words, organized in three dichotomies, in order to show the complex variety of Bertoni’s relationship with literature and the arts.
