L'uso del corpo umano come spazio espositivo nell'era post-umana: alcune riflessioni genealogiche

  • Alessandro Ferraro

Abstract

Aim of this article is to focus on the usage of human body as radical exhibitional display in the light of several reflections concerning the white cube and post-human. It is made up by three main sections: the first one is dedicated to the solo show Useless Bodies? by Elmgreen & Dragset (Fondazione Prada, Milano, 2022); the second consists of a historical-critical genealogy of the relationship between body uses and contemporary display strategies; the last chapter is devoted to the exhibition Body Holes curated by the collective New Scenario for the IX Berlin Biennal (2016).
