Author Biography

Sara Colaone

Sara Colaone is a comic book author and illustration artist. Among her recent works Leda, che solo amore e luce ha per confine (Coconino Press, 2016) and Fumetti nei musei (Coconino Press, 2018). She is professor at the Fine Arts Academy in Bologna where she teaches Drawing. She participates as curator at MOdE - Museo Officina dell’Educazione - University of Bologna and at Bande à Part research group. In 2017 she won the Gran Guinigi Prize as Best Illustrator at Lucca Comics & Games festival.
