Oficinas de cartografia coletiva y escrita criativa. “Representando a Identidade” em Manaus e Tefé. Self-representation workshops in the Brazilian Amazon
Abstract
This paper is a part of the project “Alternatives Epistemologies. Self representation workshop in Andes, Amazon and Palestine”. The field of study is in the Brazilian Amazon, particularly the kukama natives urban communities in Manaus and one community located near Tefé city. Organized in two research periods, the study seeks to describe kukama people that live in Brazil at the present and take place in their linguistic revitalization project trajectory, active since the eighties. This investigation will document, describe and reflect on the results of both workshop of collective cartography and creative writing made in the mentioned above communities.
