Family between norm and subjectivity: Cultural change in Catholic families
Abstract
This paper analyzes how the institution of family in the Catholic world has changed. It highlights mentality changes in relation to the concepts of “nature” and “norm”, as well as the changes in the rites of marriage, the concept of family and the rights of the individuals within it. It shows the profound transformation that has occurred both in mentality and in practice for Catholic people in Italy.Anuac is published under a Creative Commons Attribution Licence 4.0.
