Vedica Caralitana is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal published in English only. It aims to collect papers pertaining to the Indo-Aryan languages, literatures, and cultures, with special reference to:
- Vedic sources, to be investigated philologically and linguistically (also in comparison with ancient Greek, Latin, and Iranian languages and sources);
- ancient Indian technical literatures, notably scientific treatises (śāstra) and the aphoristic literature (Kalpasūtra) dealing with grammatical, ritual, dharmic, speculative, rhetorical-poetic topics.
The Journal also welcomes reviews of volumes published on the same contents.
