Abstract
The Post-graduate School in Archaeology of the University of Basilicata was founded in the academic year 1990/1991 and was reformed in the academic year 2010/2011. It is based in Matera, from 2018 in the new university Campus and provides two curricula of classical archaeology and late ancient and medieval archaeology. Since its foundation it has welcomed about 350 students from all over Italy and abroad.
