The interpretation goes beyond phenomenological immediacy and focuses on contents that, despite their differences, are shown to be on the same level as they are intended as contents of equal value. If the symbol is made up, it becomes possible for us to fix in even in symbolic terms and not remain stuck in the occurrence of destruction. By passing through the mediation offered by the symbol, the reparative practice becomes broader and more concrete. Our salvation from anguish and despair, therefore, is possible only if we are supported by a desire capable of inventing new affective symbolisms: a desire capable of interpreting the things of the object world according to relationships of loving parity that are renewed and are spread progressively.
